I'm 36 years old, with a background in additive and subtractive manufacturing, mechanical drafting, CAD, CAM, manufacturing robotics, with a specification in the design and manufacturing of rocket engine parts.

I have lived and breathed this stuff since I was a kid, having a great uncle that worked for companies like Bell Aircraft and McDonnell-Douglas.

I got plugged into the maker community in my neighborhood of Chicago, first.  That's where my heart truly lies.  You don't have to be like me to learn how to make things, but it definitely helps when you're trying to make things as an entrepreneur.

That's why I created Stim Factory.  Making  and creating the physical and mechanical should be accessible to everyone.  It's not anymore.  But we can change that, together, and the way I believe we should start to tackle this problem is to create a space where everyone can pool knowledge, tools, and resources to share with our respective communities.
